QUESTIONS

How do I know what sizes to order?


Since we are a custom uniform manufacturer, we have developed our size charts based on our experience. Please make sure to reference our size charts page for uniforms. When using our sizing charts, please remember our size charts are based on garment measurements. Take a current jersey that fits your player, lay it flat and measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit. Then measure from top of collar to bottom of jersey. Do the same measuring technique for the waist and length of the shorts or pants.




What are your payment terms?


We will start production with a 50% percent (half) deposit. We require all orders to be paid in full before shipping or at time of pickup.




What if I need to make changes or cancel my order?


Any order that has had artwork approved and been entered into production cannot be canceled. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to provide any refunds or returns.




How do I receive a custom design mock-up?


Click the green Get A Free Design button on any of our pages, fill out our mock-up request and one of our artists will create a custom uniform/jersey design according to your specifications.




What are your business hours?


Our store is open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm CST.




What is your turnaround time?


Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks. If you need your uniforms sooner, please let us know and we wil do our best to meet your needs.




What is sublimation?


Sublimation is a process where ink is transferred into fabric using heat and pressure. Since dye sublimation inks become part of the fabric, the images will not fade, crack, or peel. Unlike heat transfers or silk screen, the dye sublimation process allows performance fabric to maintain its breathability.




Color Disclaimer


We do not guarantee 100% color match but match as closely as possible within CMYK industry standards. Please keep in mind that colors viewed on an electronic device will look different than color on fabric.We offer NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for any issues where the above mentioned is the case.




Art Across Seams Disclaimer


Ocassionally, we are asked to create designs that cross seams. We are unable to 100% guarantee that art across seams will lineup. We will, in our best efforts try and get them as close as possible. However, we DO NOT guarantee that the artwork will line up from seam to seam. We offer NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for any issues where the above mentioned is the case.




Artwork Rights Disclaimer


All designs/artwork/logos created by our art department are fully owned by Undisputed Custom Uniforms. Usage of the designs/artwork/logos by any other person/institution without purchase is fully prohibited and will warrant litigation. If you would like to own the logo we created for you, please contact us to purchase. Undisputed Custom Uniforms reserves the right to display and share the design work as Undisputed Custom Uniforms seems fit. Any imagery supplied to us for and during the development of your design will also be included in the above-mentioned design displaying and sharing.




What is your minimum order?


Our minimum order for customs is 10 jerseys/uniforms. If you need less than 10, contact us and we may be able to make an exception.




How do I take care of my custom uniform/jersey?


All of our items are 100% polyester. We recommend cold wash, no bleach, low temp dry or hang dry.




Can you put my logo on my uniforms?


Absolutely! In order to achieve the highest quality we ask that you provide all logos of your team uniform in a vector format. If you are unable to do so, don't worry - our designers will be able to redraw them for you at an additional cost.
